It is a lot more awkward than all the other card quality effects but it does several things that are highly abusable and unique or at least rare
Still, it gets a 1/1 counter at the beginning of your first main phase and draws two cards when it has an odd number of counters
Its like Slay the Spire for quick sessions: you still draft/build, but the emphasis is on manipulating dice and kit to adapt fast
This card is also very playable but a bit tricky
